NIDCD grantees publish articles on taste research in the Scientist

Two stories by NIDCD grantees in the November/December 2011 issue of The Scientist discuss recent research that has discovered taste receptors in unusual places (Matters of Taste) and ways in which genes could influence our ability to taste fat in foods (Sensing Fat).
