Tuning Fork Classroom Demonstration: Sound Vibrations

Learn how to conduct a classroom presentation to teach children about the causes and prevention of noise-induced hearing loss. The tuning fork activity demonstrates that the stronger the vibrations, the louder the sound. Loud noise can damage the sensitive hair cells in the inner ear needed for hearing. It’s a Noisy Planet.
