Laryngeal Papillomatosis [lair-uhn-JEE-uhl pap-uh-low-muh-TOE-sus]: rare condition caused by human papilloma virus infection in which non-cancerous tumors grow inside the larynx (voice box), on the vocal folds (formerly known as vocal cords), or in air passages that connect the nose and lungs; treatable with surgery and medication.
