SourceAmerica

SourceAmerica is one of two national, nonprofit agencies designated by the U.S. AbilityOne Commission to enable the creation of employment opportunities for people with significant disabilities. SourceAmerica works through a national network of nearly 600 nonprofits to employ nearly 59,000 people with disabilities through the SourceAmerica network. SourceAmerica connects government customers and other organizations to a national network of AbilityOne authorized providers that hire a talented segment of the workforce—people with disabilities. SourceAmerica also provides legislative and regulatory assistance, engineering and technical assistance, and extensive professional training.
