The Disability Rights Section (DRS) is part of the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). DRS focuses on all disabilities and is especially knowledgeable about the interpretation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The organization offers an information line for all inquiries as well as assistance to state and local government entities, private-sector business professionals, and the general public.
