Mal de Debarquement [dee-BARK-ment] Syndrome (French for “Disembarkment Syndrome”): rare balance disorder that causes a lasting sensation of motion sickness even when the cruise, airplane, or car ride is over; can also be accompanied by fatigue and difficulty concentrating.
