Sertoma, Inc.

Sertoma, Inc. is a volunteer service organization of 9,000 members in 440 clubs across North America. Its primary focus is hearing health, but clubs sponsor other local projects based on the needs of the community. Sertoma offers scholarships for graduate study in audiology and speech pathology and for undergraduate students with hearing loss who are pursuing degrees in any field. Through their wholly owned subsidiary, Hearing Charities of America, Sertoma has The Hearing Aid Project whose effort is to get low-income individuals in the U.S. hearing aids. Currently, they are recycled hearing aids and are free of charge.
