If you need immediate information, please call 800-241-1044 or TTY at 800-241-1055, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern time. Bilingual information specialists are available during these hours to assist you in locating relevant health information in English or Spanish. Please leave a message after hours, and we will return your call the next business day.
You can also e-mail your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org, and your questions will be answered within 1 to 2 business days. Bilingual (Spanish/English) information specialists are also available to respond to your questions submitted via e-mail.
Please include your contact information and address in your message if you are asking for materials to be mailed to you. Personal information will be kept confidential and used only to respond to your question. For more information, see our privacy notice.
For visitors and patients of the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center, interpreter services are available for some languages. Please call the volunteer office at 301-496-1807, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Eastern time. After 4 p.m., or on weekends, please call the admissions office at 301-496-3315. Contact the on-call social worker by calling the page operator at 301-496-1211. Sign language interpretation is available.
