Friends of Libraries for Deaf Action (FOLDA) is a public service of Library for Deaf Action, the deaf-owned deaf cultural programming business of Alice L. Hagemeyer. FOLDA has no membership dues. FOLDA encourages the deaf community to become involved in activities of their local public library and its friends.
